At MedCenter TMJ, Dr. Auvenshine continually updates equipment in order to meet your needs in more accurate ways.  This technology includes the I-CAT Imaging System that produces a 3D view of all oral and maxillofacial structures to enhance diagnosis and treatment planning.  The 20-second scan data is transferred to a computer within one minute and displays a 3D mapping tool that allows Dr. Auvenshine and his staff to select desired areas for immediate viewing.  The I-CAT images can reveal dental and medical problems that cannot be seen using conventional X-ray fils or 2D imaging and there is 3,800 times less radiation per scan.
